Eric strolled through the park. He ran his fingers through his dark brown hair as he walked around the park. His hair usually looked black, but today it looked as brown as ever. He wore a white regular shirt and black jeans. Classes were yet to start, and he couldn't wait until he did get to teach here. He had nothing of the sort to do at all, anyway.
They were talking about having a 'Welcome Back Party'. Teachers were allowed to attend, he had heard. He hadn't really ever like dto go to parties, but this seemed like an oppurtunity to get social with the other teachers. He had suggested a Masquerade Party, and other options were there for it to. The opened up a vote on it.
Eric wasn't to formal, but he had plently of thing for a Mesquerade Party. He would have definently gone if it were Masquerade themed, rather not just formal. Masquerade seemed like fun, either way. Eric stopped to a bench and sat. He rubbed the side of his face which was covered with some hair like on the other side and his chin.
He hadn't talked to anyone in awhile. He would have hoped someone would show up for him to talk to for a little while at least. People, well women mostly, only spotted him for some of his looks, which he found very disturbing of the stares he use to get as a teen and still some now. People usually talked to him for an hour before they hated him.

Haylee was walking through Central park. She had just gone shopping, and wasn't due back home for at least another two hours. She smiled as she felt her phone in her pocket. She had a habit of losing it. She sighed wondering if her best friend, Lissie would call. She smiled seeing her new French teacher.
"Why hello." she smiled checking him out. Her teacher was very cute, but he was very old. She ran her fingers through her hair, touching her long blond locks.
"Have we met before?"
"I don't believe we have."

Eric looked up, seeing a young girl before him. He was old, but not that old. 29, but that would be to old for someone of her age. Not that he would ever dare to try. He wasn't the relationship kind of person, even with someone his age. He thought he never would get married, perhaps in the future, but that wasn't to think about right now. "I don't think we have, miss," He said to her.
He didn't know that she was going to be a student of his. He didn't know any of the students, only the names on a list back in his new office, which he did not remember any of the names. "What is a pretty girl like you doing out on a dreary day as such?" Eric asked the girl and his eyes scanned around the area. He looked to the sky, which was covered with dark gray clouds, not letting any sunlight in.

"Are you sure we haven't met?" "Because I always remember handsome guys I meet." "So, do you live in New York or do you live in France."
"I am the Princess of Romania, and my father is the king, if you haven't made that assumption." "I am also fourth in line to the country of Whales." "And second for Romania." "After my older brother of eighteen years."
"So, what are we doing in French class." "are we going to go French kind of stuff, like eat French friends and French kiss." She giggled. "Sorry, small joke."

"That is flattering, but I don't think we have met," Eric told her. "Ah, a student of mine. Royalty, you say? I wouldn't know. I don't catch up on those thing sto much. I am just the normal class person," He said. "Nothing of that sort in class, I assure you," Eric said with a chuckle. "Learning French Language, history, maybe some foods of the place.

Haylee smiled. "I adore French bread, but alas, it has so many carbs, and carbs make me fat." She frowned. "So, are you one of those teachers that have favorite students?" "If so, were do I apply." She flipped her blond hair back.
"So, have you heard of Lissie Lionel?" "She is my total BFF."

Eric laughed. "So, you are one of those teenagers the worry about their looks and weight?" He joked. "Ah, but I have yet to see you in class and how you act for you to become a 'favorite' pupil. I am not going to pick favorites though over others," He said to her with a gentle smile. "Her family owns the school. The hired me. Of course I would have heard of her, but have not seen her so much."

Well, Melissa Lionel certainly had her way of simply...appearing. As if on cue, Lissie strolled along a path, and into the clearing in which they were standing. Analyzing the situation, it was quite apparent that Haylee, her best friend, was hitting on Monsieur Forlen, their newest-and best looking-addition to the teaching staff. She chuckled to herself. Not too shabby, Hayl. In fact, if he were about six years younger, you just might have a shot!
Well, Haylee was currently getting all of the attention-and we can't have that, now can we? So, Lissie strutted over, making sure to flaunt her new, rather expensive, Miu Miu miniskirt, and stood between the two of them. "Bonjour, Monsieur Forlen! Je m'appelle Lissie." she greeted him, with a perfect French accent. In a fit of boldness, flirtation, and a tad insanity, she held out her expertly manicured hand, as if expecting him to say "Enchante" and kiss it.
All of that acting had really gotten into her head-she constantly had to remind herself that while her life was, essentially, perfect, it was not, in fact, a movie. She flipped her long, blonde, and (today) straight hair over her left shoulder, flashed the man a dazzling smile, and awaited his response. Briefly, Lissie turned and winked at her best friend. Haylee might be older, but Lissie was certainly higher up on the food chain. Even though she hated that expression.

Eric looked away from Haylee as Lissie approached. "Bonjour, Lissie. Qu'un plaisir," He spoke in French, taking her hand and kissing the back of it gently. He guickly let her hand go after, not wanting to make a scene of it. "Such strange to find myself talking to two of my new students on a day like this," He said with a chuckle. It seemed a little strange that Melissa instantly came up just a few seconds after Haylee had mentioned her.

Haylee smiled. "Hello Lissie." She saw that she was wearing a new Miu Miu skirt. That bitch. Lissie knew perfectly well that they had gone shopping last week and Haylee was going to buy it, but she didn't. She looked down at her own clothes, Gucci mini skirt, white and a thin tank-top by Prada. She pushed her Coach purse up her arm.
"Well, Eric, I guess you will be having two favorite students." She didn't return the wink that Lissie shot her, instead giving her a glare. She ran her Inger's through her hair, that was just a little bit longer that Lissie's.
"So, Lissie, why are you here?"

Lissie was evil, and she knew it. It was a quality she embraced in herself. She flashed a beautiful, ice-cold smile at her best friend and turned back towards the teacher to reply. It's not even that she was all that attracted to him, she just liked getting more of his attention, especially right in front of Haylee.
"Well, you know me, I was just....around, shall we say?" She gave a flirty shrug and batted her long lashes (even without mascara) in Monsieur Forlen's direction. Surrepticiously, and quite subconciously, she pulled her top down a little bit more. Okay, this is going too far. The man is a teacher, for Prada's sake. One last thing, and she'd leave. That was it.
"You know," she drawled "Many people would find it-shall we say, suspicious? That the newest, youngest (she emphasized on youngest) teacher at Lionel would be meeting up in a park with one of his future students. I, personallyyy am not suggesting anything. For your benefit, truly." Lissie flashed him her best I'm-innocent-I-swear smile, wiggled her fingers and said. "Au revoir, Monsieur!"
However, the last thing she needed was for him to think of her as...you know...not a very nice girl. So she gave Haylee a brief hug, said "Call me!" and sauntered off, the opposite way she came.

((For Eric))
Eric looked at Lissie oddly as she pulled her top down some, but not enough for anything to be in view. As she talked and walked off, he did not say a thing. When she was out of hearing distance, he glared at her. "And you are really friends with her? And I beg to differ, I am not the youngest of teachers here," He said as he glared where she walked off.
