Before Risdon moved he looked over her once more. A smile on his face as he licked his bottom lip. He let go of her hand to wrap it around her shoulders so she could lean more towards him. He let go quickly though when he heard someone call his name. It wasn't like he didn't want to be seen with Emily, he was just startled. Iken felt kind of bad doing that to Emily, so he stood a bit closer to her as he looked over her shoulder to see who had called him. He had half expected it to be one of his friends, or one of his ex girlfriends but didn't expect to see Emily's older sister. He gulpped slightly. To have her sister find out...like this, it's kind of embarrassing for Emily and himself. It would have been better told, when they were more...more confortable with each other. Well maybe she didn't know.
Yeah who was he kidding? He shoved his hands in his pockets and looked up seeing Lissie come closer. Like said earlier Lissie was definatly a looker, more like a looked-at. He gave her one of his usual impish/flirtish kind of grin he gave to all the girls. "Hey Lissie." he had said this in such a calm tone, but then realized that must not have been the greatest thing to do when your girlfriend is standing next to you. He lowered his eyes down to the ground. It was one thing to check out girls in front of your girlfriend, it was another thing to check out your girlfriend's sister...when your girflriend was right there...and the two of you got together. But he kept his eyes lowered slightly away from Lissie's own.
"Er? Whatcha doing at the skatepark?" Iken asked. It was very very VERY unlikely for Lissie to be around here. He looked back up. A part of him wanted to run his fingers through his hair, but his helmet was in the way. He unclapsed his helmet and let it drop from his head and shook his hair out. He looked back up. Okay he'd admit it, when Risdon and Lissie were partnered up for a French project he figured he liked her a lot, but got over that when he saw how her sister was and acted. He felt kind of unconfortable. But only a smidge.
You couldn't blame the poor guy though. He was standing in front of a girl who was known as a goddess in their year and then he was standing next to his really recently found girlfriend. He licked his lower lip and scratched at the back of his neck. He looked up and took a look at what Lissie was wearing. Ouch, damn she had wind blowing at her dress. Iken looked over to Emily and gave her a grin. "Uh...guys-ladies...we need to get ready for dinner." Risdon said without trying to be rude.

Lissie Lionel was not very smart, but she could at least assess situations rather well. She also had a knack for reading people, hence she knew precisely how to make them very uncomfortable, another trait of hers that she really prided herself on. From the split second she'd been standing with the two people, it was very obvious that they were now dating, Emily was shocked Lissie had found out this way, and Risdon felt bad about checking her out. Ha. Well, he'd be the first.
Torturing Emmy was a favorite past time of hers when they were younger, and although she'd gotten in trouble, Lissie had insisted "She's so vulnerable, it's just so easy." And if her parents had never believed her in the past, they ought to have been there right then. Emily looked as if she wanted to disappear, and was practically clutching on to Risdon like a leech. In fact, it seemed a little pathetic. Lissie couldn't pass up an opportunity such as this to start a little drama. It was, once again, too easy.
Stepping closer to the two, she was instantly reminded of just how good-looking Risdon Lefevbre was. However, her standards rose above lame sophomore guys, and they were strictly friends. But friends could flirt, right? She knew it was on the verge of cruel and heartless, to hit on a guy, quite potentially her younger sister's boyfriend, in front of her sister, but somewhere along her reputation, "sweetheart" had never quite been used as an adjective to describe her. In fact, Lissie could be rather toxic when it came to relationships of her friends. A psychiatrist once told her it was a subconcious feeling that if she couldn't be happy, no one could. She refused to admit that to herself and fired him instantly.
Either way, she was bored, and it wasn't time for her to head over to dinner, so Lissie decided it was time to have some fun. Strutting over until she too was illuminated by the streetlamp, she purred "It isn't time for dinner quite yet, now, is it?" and locked eyes with Risdon. She could play dumb if she felt like it, and pretend that coming on to Risdon was an honest mistake. But, nah, it was much more fun to hit on him fully aware of her surroundings. Lissie giggled maliciously on the inside. It was so good to be her.

Taking a sharp intake of breath, Risdon allowed Emily to hold on to him. For her and himself. It was like a small reminder that he had someone. Someone he liked a lot. But now Lissie was in full view, and he was damned an idiot for even looking up. He swallowed a lump that had formed in the back of his throat. He figured this much, Lissie had probably figured out they were going out by how Emily was holding on to him. Risdon knew Emily was probably feeling tortured right about now. She took a step closer and Iken felt a bit strange he took his hand out of his pocket and pulled on the back of Emily's belt hoop to take a step back with him. "I guess, but I still have to find my black button down." Risdon said in a calm voice despite how nervous and uncomfortable (and somewhat flattered) on what Lissie was doing.
Iken wasn't an idiot, he knew stuff about Lissie. Like for example, she'd never date Risdon. No matter how popular he was in his grade, she always went for the older boys. Another wonderful example was that from the take in the lobby she was doing part two, with added bonus. Him. They made eye contact and Risdon desperatly wish they didn't because he couldn't look away. He thought about Emily and wrapped his arm around her waist gave her a look with a smile, and then looked back to Lissie.
Why was she doing this? Because of him? Because of Emily? Why? She had to have a reason. Iken didn't understand and probably will never understand Lissie's ways. He hated how he was put into a situation like this. He wanted to hold Emily in front of him and let Emily handle it, but that would make him a coward, and Risdon Iken Lefevbre is no coward. So instead he stayed close to his girlfriend, and if any attack verbal and non, were used he'd be there in front of her. Sure he had somewhat of a small crush on her but he had to admit, he liked the cuteness of Emily more then the drooling feeling he got from Lissie.
Any other guy would have marked him crazy but why go for someone everyone wants when he can have what everyone can't see. Risdon gave Lissie a smile, countering her's. It was the one that was supposed to make a guy weak to his knees. Lissie was like Aphrodite, except she didn't love everyone just made everyone love her. Maybe it was jealousy that's fueling her? nah

Breaking down Risdon was no easy feat, and Lissie felt minor compassion towards him temporarily. Bored with tantalizing him, she flipped her hair over her shoulder and turned on her sister instead. Stepping a few steps closer, she grinned wickedly as she felt the boy flinch when she brushed by him, most likely using a little more physical contact than what one normally would use when "brushing by" a person. Assuming a sickeningly sweet voice, she singsonged "Emmy? Oh, Emily, is that you?"
As if it wasn't totally and completely obvious that not only it was, in fact, Emily, but she had walked over purely for the purpose of antagonizing her. Most likely the two of them knew better than to play into her game, but one could never be quite sure. After all, she was Lissie Lionel, and if she couldn't manipulate someone, no one could! Mentally congratulating herself for thinking such an intelligent statement, she drew even closer to her sister and nearly yanked her out of Risdon's grasp.
"Hello, little sister!" Lissie chirped, as if it was a completely normal situation, and the conversation they were having was nothing out of the ordinary. Emily looked a little nervous, but determined not to let her sister get the best of her. Ha. She'll see about that. Lissie was about to continue with a incredibly sincere-sounding "How are you?" and launch off into an entire speech, but Emily had withstood enough of her sister's mindgames the last fourteen years, and knew how to derail her, even momentarily. For Lissie Lionel was never derailed, and the momentary confusion would be more than enough time for Emily and Risdon to flee her evil clutches.
Again with the melodrama. It's really time for me to stop watching daytime television. Emily Lionel thought to herself. Seizing the opportunity, she cut her sister off immediately with a cold "Lissie, what are you doing?" Oh, God. That sounded harsher than I meant it to. But, obviously, she couldn't let her know that, and stood there with the same defiant look on her face. Even so, she was afraid of her sister's power, whatever it may be, and wrapped Risdon's arms around her waist for protection.
Lissie was stunned. What had just happened? Had Emily-stood up to her? Nah, couldn't be. Standing in complete shock, her mouth opened and closed, mouthing soundlessly, like a fish. But only for a moment or two. Then she pulled herself together. "Ha!" she began "I do believe the better question is, what are you doing here? Both of you, that is." Lissie added, eyeing Risdon coldly. She sighed impatiently and tapped her foot lightly, tossing her hair over her shoulder again, placed an expertly-manicured hand on her hip, feigning aggravation and awaiting their responses.

Risdon watched as Lissie attacked her sister confusion daddled is eyes. He watched silently as she dragged Emily away from him. He didn't move though, he was confused. But was knocked back to his senses when Emily took his arm to wrap around her waist. He smiled at her and brought her clsoer, but a some what shocked look came to his face. Lissie, seemed a bit more peeved then usual. He was confused, she was doing this just because of Emiy? If Lissie was the one to tell her father about Emily's current realtionship, and not Emiy herself or Risdon, then rather being caught and turned in like theives.
But what was he supposed to say. 'Oh nothing, we're just skating. Oh my arm? It's keeping itself warm?' It's not like he could flat out say "We're dating." Where did that come from? Was that me? Or shit. Risdon didn't even realised on what he said. "I mean..." what was he going to say? I mean we're running away from you while screaming. Risdon's fingers tightend at the hem of Emily's shirt. He personally enjoyed learning at Lionel school, and to be thrown out was not one of the options he would like. He didn't want to back talk her. It wasn't like he feared her or anything, just her power.
He knew she had more power then Emily, and just the thought of being ripped away from Emily right when he just got her, bothered him. Sure the thought would eventually go away. But it'd be hard, and to have Lissie take it away from him, wasn't good. Wasn't good for him and something he would not like to deal with. "Lissie, what brings you even near the skate park? I mean you don't have to walk this way to get to your house." Risdon countered.
